Try to exercise every single day. By moving your body each day, it will help to not only keep you healthy but will also keep you looking younger. It is a pertinent part of any beauty kit. Get at least 15 to 20 minutes of exercise every day. The type of exercise doesn't matter so much. It could be cleaning your house or taking a run.
