You may know that Roger Waters is a massive aspect of Pink Floyd as he is the genius and writer of the two primary albums such as The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon. Most recently, Waters performed a globe tour of The Dark Side of The Moon twice in the years 2007/08. Personally and also a lot of people will agree that it was a great encounter and was fairly intriguing through its setup etc. It still utilized it's visuals with new images and lights and so on but of course it wasn't of the capacity of a Pink Floyd concert you would anticipate.

The Wall is one of the greatest Pink Floyd albums and it is known for the live theatre tradition and features the well-known brick wall used to separate the audience from himself. This also has some thing to do with the infamous spitting incident when Roger Waters spat at a fan as he tried to climb the stage whilst Pink Floyd had been performing at Montreal, Canada. This made him think about his fans and begin to develop a relationship with them. Roger Waters currently did The Wall tour with Pink Floyd in the early 80's.

In capacity terms In 1990, Roger entertained a live show of Roger Waters The Wall in Berlin just following the Berlin wall was taken down. This concert was performed in front of 250,000 fans and was one of the biggest live shows ever. Roger Waters invited well-known guests to carry out the songs. These guests such as Ure Lauper, Bryan Adams, Paul Carrick, Van Morrison and much more..

In 2001/2 Roger toured with music from The Wall tour and DSOTM and his solo music called In The Flesh. This was also successful as it was a overall performance of his music variety.

Roger Waters split with the main band Pink Floyd in the 80's made him carry out and create new materials alone which is the main purpose he is now solo and obtaining much more nicely recognized as a solo performer.

Roger famously teamed up with the rest of the band in July 2005 in the summer at Hyde Park. He really enjoyed operating with the other members of Pink Floyd for the extremely last time. And personally I think that is why Waters has now been back on the road with Roger Waters The Wall tour that may nicely take location by the way and the currently successful Dark side of the Moon tour.
